Christina Haack, born on 7 July 1983 in Anaheim California. Her first job was with the real estate business. This is how she met her future spouse Tarek El Moussa. The couple ran a prosperous business, until 2008, in which real estate developers as well as house flippers and others went bankrupt. Tarek El Moussa and Christina El Moussa lost almost everything as a consequence of the 2008 market collapse. From a $6,000-per-month home, to a $700/month apartment. They slowly rebuilt their company and the entire economy. HGTV as well as Rise to Fame In 2011 Tarek asked a friend to assist him in creating the HGTV audition tape that showed him and Christina the process of flipping houses from the beginning to the end. Pie Town Productions, a production company in New York City, received the audition tape. They fell in love with Tarek and Christina. They officially signed a deal with HGTV in the year 2012. Then, in April of 2013, "Flip of Flop" was launched. In seven seasons, the show was broadcast between 2013-2017. The show featured Christina and Tarek buying properties in Orange County. They would invest weeks in transforming the homes in order to make the properties for a profit. Tarek's main focus is demolition and renovating, while Christina concentrates on design.
